WARNING NSFW Vintage Framed Black-and-White Erotic Photography
WARNING NSFW Vintage Framed Black-and-White Erotic Photography
WARNING: NSFW (Nothing Simple, Fun & Wonderful)
Primitive, mischievous, and intimate. We have found solace within this uncovered treasure trove of vintage erotic photography. By looking at these photographs, you are taking a risk, diving into the taboo…or prolific. Not unlike the work of Monsieur X and E.J. Bellocq, although the photographer and photo’s origin remains unknown, we tasked ourselves to research the clandestine world of early pornographic images stemming from Parisian and Western influences.
The nude is one of the most popular subjects for photography. Whether this erotic photo, shot in what we surmise as the 1940’s (from the fabulous pumps, of course), pushes the same buttons as an internet video would, is not of our concern. What catches our eye, rather than the exposed, is what remains covered. Whether the mask’s purpose is to conceal the identities of the models or as a provocateur, is it the audience or the participants who are most titallated? Various persons, lounging and melting into one another, one can only guess the physical whereabouts of these masked crusaders. Nevertheless, we are sure they exist in a far gone era, recollected only as such, in raunchy, sultry photos.
Sex lost its intimacy in the early 90’s and with the torrent of digital skin flicks that followed, our idea of sexual contact has grown increasingly sterile. We think there’s something here for everyone’s particular niche, no shame included.
So, pardon our French, this photographic collection is so hot and steamy, even we’re enjoying our post-sex cigarette...
We personally matted these on a 100% cotton rag board with a unique frame.
Each frame measures 12 x 10 inches.
